| Update on Monday's Women on Wheels ride. There's been some construction on the Glacial Drumlin trail. A detour has been set up rerouting us onto Grandview Rd., a bike path on Sunset Road and ultimately to Merrill Rd and Merrill Hills park to get us to Wales and then onto Dousman. An underground bike trail tunnel is being constructed to keep cyclists and pedestrians from crossing a busy road in Waukesha County. (TT) Thus the detour. The ride will include on road riding and hills. The route length may also be a bit longer than 27 miles. Keep these changes in mind for the Women's only ride Monday September 30th. No surprises, just an enjoyable ride on what could be one of the last warmer weather rides of the 2019 ride schedule. |

A flat and scenic ride on the Glacial Drumlin Trail along the Fox River from the Fox River Sanctuary to Dousman, with a stop at Mama D's in Wales on the return for a snack and a beverage. This will be a no drop ride. Pace will be leisurely.
